Aideen is an experienced people leader and coach, having spent 20 years at innovative, fast-moving tech companies like Facebook, Twitter and Stripe early in their start-up phase. As a result, she has a wealth of experience in building teams and processes from the ground up as well as evolving everything that was built to adapt for scale. She has worked with both business leaders and teams to navigate and solve challenges.

Aideen is a faculty member of University College Dublin Smurfit Executive Development, facilitating their ‘Communicating for Results’ programme. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching and is passionate about supporting people in making positive change; recognising and maximizing their potential.
