Anna Davda
Anna Davda is an executive coach & leadership and organizational development expert with 20+ years of experience in the corporate and educational sectors. She has coached CEOs, VPs, Directors, and managers at start-ups, social enterprises, non-profits, and large corporations. She takes a particular interest in working with entrepreneurs, engineers, HR professionals, and senior & mid-career women.
Her corporate background includes over 16 years at Alphabet, including 12+ years at Google and 4 years at Waymo coaching senior leaders & teams, as well as leading teams in Learning & Organizational Development and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging. In those organizations, she designed, developed, and facilitated best in class leadership programs and coached leaders all over the world drawing on best practices in adult learning & development. She has also brought her expertise to teaching courses at institutions like UC Berkeley, Stanford University, and INSEAD.
She also has experience working in financial services (Deloitte) and in educational institutions (UCLA, Rutgers University). She has lived and worked in six countries.
Anna holds a Masters degree in Higher Education & Organizational Change, and a BA in Business Economics, both from UCLA. She is a certified integral coach (New Ventures West), is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher (UC Berkeley Greater Good Science Center).
