Kevin Jennings
Kevin is a consultant with over 20 years’ experience building leadership and organizational capability in complex global settings. He has held senior roles spanning multiple industries such as tech (Google, Getronics, Oneview), pharma (ICON), international education, healthcare, fintech and the music industry. He enjoys working with leaders and teams to build resilience, emotional intelligence and self-awareness and is especially interested in adaptive leadership practices, systems thinking and leading change in complexity.
In a previous life Kevin was an award winning classical guitarist and conductor, and is currently on the Advisory Board for NewHarmonyLine.org a not for profit children’s music education charity based in Cambridge, Massachussets.
Kevin holds a PhD in Technology and Learning at Trinity College Dublin, has published multiple peer-reviewed papers in learning technology, and has lectured in aspects of learning science, technology and leadership at TCD and the National College of Ireland. He is also an associate faculty member at Henley Business School, UK.
