Leo has successfully led teams in volatile environments, including a combat deployment as an officer in the U.S. Army. He also brings varied experience from working in multicultural advertising sales, business operations, and learning & development at Google, where he designed an award winning leadership program and consulted with hundreds of executives on team effectiveness.​

Leo earned a MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BS from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
